user will be sent to the applicant in writing to the email address specified
user in the complaint.

When will you receive a response to your complaint?


If the submitted complaint does not require study and additional verification, you will receive a response within 2 calendar days from the day the complaint was registered.
In the event that the consideration of the complaint requires a more complex check, we undertake to provide a response within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of registration of the complaint.

Your report is completely confidential. When you report content, the user who posted the content will not see your name or any information about you.
All such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days
