... My parents, two brothers and I became naturists when I was 18. Neighbors, friends of our parents and their kids, were members of one of the finest family naturist resorts in the country, and we initially attended as their guests.We lived just 20 miles from the camp, located alongside a lake across the county line.After a few weekend visits, our family made friends with many others families in our town who belonged and we joined them at home nudist parties, including at our own home.
Those homes like ours with pools or others with isolated wooded areas were the most popular homes for these get-togethers.
We became home nudists as well and three non-nudist parents with our school friends became accustomed to visiting us as families and swimming naked in our pool.
When I met my husband-to-be at 19 - he was then 26 - he was hesitant to join me as my guest at the park. I told him that, unless he accepted and participated in the lifestyle I had come to love, no further relationship of any sort would be possible ...

to get used to the sensation of being nude in public
Last summer I happened to go to San Diego on a family business trip, and quite accidentally (yes, accidentally!) I stumbled across a nude beach of San Onofre. It was in the morning, and there were hardly more than a dozen of persons, men, women and children, family nudist... first I had walked by but then I turned back. I decided to do what had always been spinning round in my head. I had only a cocktail dress, panties and slippers on, and no bra.
To make a long story short, I removed my dress and stayed with my panties on. I positioned myself by the very border of the nude beach so that I was kinda with them and kinda by myself. Nobody pays any attention to me. Little by little I am crossing my heart and starting to remove my panties.
There is only one thing throbbing in my brain: dear me, now I am absolutely nude! Sitting there with my knees clenched and sweating – not with the heat but with embarrassment. But still no one seems to mind me. It must have took me an hour or something to get used to the sensation of being nude in public. I guess the fact that nobody was interested in me played its role. I was watching those nudist family people who seemed to be quite comfortable walking around nude with awe and yet with a certain amount of embarrassment.

She saw me skinny dipping several times
I eventually started to boldly swim in the early morning, to start the day the best possible way, knowing my mother was still in the house. It wasn't so much that I was being more bold, more that I was simply more comfortable, and wanted not to be 'sneaking' around in the nude. She saw me skinny dipping several times, as the kitchen window looked right out to the pool and backyard. At first, I was naturally nervous, but she never made a big issue of it, asking me that first time had I outgrown my swimming trunks as I would come in wrapped only in a towel. One afternoon after school was out, I came home from summer league softball and she was out by the pool. I just thought 'what the heck' and went out with my towel and jumped in. It was a non-event, because once I left the pool and sat across from her, we started talking about my dad, and her telling me how he loved family nudism. It may have been the first, really genuine conversation about my dad we had since he died.The next morning, I stopped at the kitchen and asked if she wanted to join me for a swim. She said she would be out later and she did. After what was bluntly a lot of nervous energy diving and swimming in the pool, everything was just tranquil and completely open. We spent nude about four hours talking about my dad, our family, friends, then movies, musicand family naturism - things I would never think to just 'chat' about with my mother. It was sort of an overcast day, and a drizzle put an end to the time that had flew by to our amazement. I said I hated we had to go in, and she just picked up my towel with her stuff and went inside. We spent the rest of the day inside in a new routine of nudist liberation ...

I'd been naked in front of so many people
Mom laid out a set of guidelines. Nudity in family was always allowed. In the back yard it depended on the time of year. During the summer I appeared to be a (mostly) normal kid and wanting to get a good tan. In the colder months it looks plain bizarre to be running around naked. My mom was more bothered by the image of our family than my feeling of well being. When I hit puberty the rules were changed and I had to be dressed at home when people called. It's funny how developing pubic hair and breasts can make innocent nudity appear sexual. Yeah, I was developing sexually but why should that make any difference to innocent nudity? Being a moody teenager I was able to get my own way eventually. I set about my plan one evening after being banished to my room.
I had no hang ups over my physical appearance. I'd been naked in front of so many people that it didn't make me feel embarrassed in the smallest amount. I could easily walk out the front door and down our street totally naked.

... Since my early teens, I have always loved the feeling of swimming and sunning nude. Our family had a pool in our backyard deep in the heart of suburbia, and I remember wondering whether I had safely positioned the chaise lounge out of the view of any easily offended (or easily titillated) neighbors' eyes as I stole a few minutes whenever I could get the chance to experience what the summer sun felt like on my naked body And many late nights, after the rest of the family had gone to bed, I would quietly slip ito the pool for a skinny dip. It was a wonderful natural high.
Interestingly enough, I decided to attend college at UC San Diego. During the orientation tour of the campus, the counselor told us incoming freshmen about nearby Black's Beach -- and expressed some surprise when many of us didn't know about its staus as one of the best-known nude beaches in the country.
So, I knew right then and there where I would be taking most of my study breaks.
I must say, though, that I experienced what I would expect is a normal degree of trepidation when confronted with a first-time nude beach experience. I remember visiting the beach a few times, and remaining clothed, trying to decide whether I was "safe". I saw that the beach was huge and spread out such that one could very much maintain a feeling of having "personal space", at what felt like a comfortable distance from other beach-goers whose motives for being there might be considerably less than innocent. Finally, the lure of what I had in the back of my mind always wanted to experience won out, and one day I took my new boogie-board down to beach, and without hesitation discarded my swimsuit...

Well, I was in my late teens. I had read a story in one of the local newspapers about a nudist park in the area. I had always enjoyed walking around our home in the nude. Of coarse, I would only get to do it when no one was at home. One of the houses my family lived in had an inground pool in the backyard
I loved when no one was home, except me, and I was able to go out and swim in the pool in the nude. One day, I was home alone, so I figured I would get some nude sunbathing in while I had the house to myself. I was out in the backyard. This was in a family home a few years after we moved out of the one with the pool. I was laying on a blanket, enjoying the sun on my body, when suddenly I heard, "Sasha! The neighbors are going to see you." I turn to look over my left shoulder. I knew it was my mom. I look, and there she is, standing at my parent's bedroom window, looking at me. I tryed to blow the whole thing off by saying, "No they won't. The fence is big enough." She had come home, without me hearing her, and she opened my parent's bedroom drapes, only to find me in the backyard on a blanket with my bare butt to the sun. I tryed to act like nothing wrong was going on. After all, she was my mom. My dad talked to me about it a few days later. We had been discussing the possibilities of visiting a nude beach some day well before in the family, as my wife doesn't really like to burden herself with much clothing neither at home nor at the seaside; and, the year before when we were spending our vacation in Vityasevo we would beach by the dunes on the sea spit for the most part, and my wife would only put on her swimsuit when going bathing. I would also take off my trunks from time to time, but I was mainly trying not to flash my nudity. Fresh air was discomforting and I finally managed to talk my wife into moving to the other side of the beach under the pretext of having ourselves shielded from the wind by the rock. When at last we lodged on the other side I got a good dressing down for provoking her to do this blister and heard a number of reasons for which we shouldn't had come to the nude beach; she refused to go nude and continued to sunbathe topless. And, frankly speaking, I had been hoping that it would be her who'll take off her swimsuit, and as for me - I would play by the ear. So I could say that the moment for opportunistic actions had come, thus I took off my trunks. The beach community was composed by 2/3 of men and by 1/3 of women, mainly family middle-aged ones. There were also some nudist family couples where one was wearing a swimsuit and the other one was nude. The total quantity of beachers could be estimated as about 30 persons. Having spent another hour and a half at the beach, we returned to the hotel. Having had enough time to watch the way people act at the beach, my wife cleared the majority of her charges. The girls told me it was an absolutly beautiful
I can clearly remember when she called me on the phone and invieted me over for the weekend. She asked me to come down and spend the weekend with she,her husband/and family,but that she and her family absolutly love being barefoot and nude(practice family nudism),and that she and her naturist family would be barefoot and completely nude in the house when I got there. When I got to her house she answered the door,and just as she told me on the phone she and her family were nude. I was actually very comfortable with this,I think she was nervous to see my reaction,but she told me on the phone to expect this,so I was toatlly comfortable with it and that's just what I told her. She said wonderful and invieted me to take off my clothes too and practice nusism with her, and that's exactually what I did. Being nude is an absolutly wonderful feeling. I took a vacation three years ago and while investigating the best option I found it,so I called for some information(talked with one of the college girls that worked there as well as the young woman who owned it. The girls told me it was an absolutly beautiful ,tranquil place with a lot of activities,but most of the activities "everyone participated "barefoot and nude"(including the staff). I told the young woman that was fine and sounded wounderful,so I made the reservation. It was a very relaxing and wonderful 10 days
